An old photograph in rough condition. Very discolored, with lots of creases and damage to the surface. |
I sharpened up the color and cleaned up the damage, clipping off some unneeded area on the right. I also decided to add a little bit above the subject since the hat was a little cut off. |
Photo Retouch

Original was a bit gory. Also, the top of the subject's head was a little cut off. |
I cleaned up the blood and added a bit of sky, while fixing the hair that was cut off in the original. |
Glass Glare Removal

Subject in center had bad glass glare. Very little eye is visible, and the bit that is is discolored by the glare. |
I used some very selective color correction to fix the bits of the eye that were visible and some good ol' fashioned imagination for the rest. |
Removing Objects

This was for a contest, with the object being to find something unique to do to the photograph. |
So I decided to remove a few minor elements of the photograph. Can you spot them? :) I believe I got second place for this one. |

For this one, I chose to swap the oranges the woman was holding with her eyes. I don't think this one placed, but it was a lot of fun. |
